Raised on an 80 acre cattle farm, I was constantly surrounded by people creating things to make a difference in the community. My favorite part was seeing people smile. In my teenage years I had a bit of a sweet tooth, and to satisfy that, I began baking. The recipe off the bag of chocolate chips was okay, but I started dabbling with variations. I made snickerdoodles and took them to school to give away and sell. Culinary art became a vice. I would bake just to have something to give away. After establishing a career in automotive repair, I've decided that instead of cleaning grease from under my fingernails, I'd rather clean out sugar. Besides, the sugar tastes better. My goal is to make people smile, effectively making the world a better place, one sweet smile at a time.
