(how it all started)
The best memories when I was kid were nights around a campfire on our family farm looking up at the stars and roasting mallows. I loved the smell of the country air, toasted sugars and just simply being with my family. Several years later on a chilly night, I wanted something to warm me up. I craved a cup of hot chocolate with a big mallow on top. I didn’t have mallows in my home so I figured I’d make them myself. I was proud of what I created! The flavors, feel and texture made a simple thing really unique and delicious. I started sharing them with my friends and I saw it as an opportunity to bring people together. I didn’t realize something so small could have a big impact.
