Lavender

These marshmallows contain locally grown lavender flowers, ground up and mixed into the mallows. The little specks you see are just pure lavender. With a perfect balance of lavender and vanilla, toasting these will fill the air with the sweet aroma of caramelized sugar and lavender. This delicious treat is only available during spring, as I make sure to use fresh ingredients.
